INDOOR HORSE RACING

• This is a very quirky, yet extremely enjoyable, old fashioned style of indoor horse racing.

• It involves string, bobbin, a green baize, finishing posts, fencing and, of course, 6 model horses with riders. A flat race.

• The contestants, standing at the finish line, face the same way as the horses will be 'galloping' towards, from the starting line.

• On the "OFF" the power is provided by nimble wrists and fingers winding their horse in on their bobbin.

• The first horse past the post is generally declared the winner by the steward, who has timed the result on a stop watch. However if a win is questionable the steward will be brought in to settle the matter using his usual authority!

• Minimum space required: 13ft x 6ft.
